Good service but so much congestion with the remodeling

My service was thorough and completed before the promised time. The advisor gave me good information about upcoming service appointments. He also showed me the video provided by the technician. He was friendly and made sure that I had a good experience in your facility - despite the ongoing remodeling.

Service rep was 5 star. I would be delighted to have him assist me again. Only negative was I got home and had a 15% off a service coupon in my mail. That would have been very helpful for a 60K service. It would be nice if coupons automatically posted to my phone number/account.

It was great working with Joe. Car was serviced and washed. Loaner was clean. The waiting area is sparse and wasn't stocked with snacks. It's very lacking compared to the experience of Lakewood Lexus waiting area.
