They had my car done in a timely manor. The waiting room is comfortable.

I arrived a little early and I was instantly greeted. Then shortly after Santiago came out and got the paper work started for my battery replacement. I was in the waiting area in no time. I was kept advised of the progress and picture of the battery charge.

Service was great as usual. Took way longer waiting for my vehicle than normal.Looking at the tracking of my service it was finished with the service in about 45 minutes but it took almost 45 minutes for my car to be done. With a scheduled appointment first thing in the morning it shouldn't take an hour and half for a quick service...it wasn't even an oil change.
