The Service Department is always thorough and considerate.

I was not overly impressed with my one year service visit. I arrived at my scheduled 3 pm and was told someone would be right with me. The person who pulled in behind me was helped immediately. At 3:10 Ron came out and assisted me. When I booked this appointment, I was told it would be 1-1/2 hours, Ron said 2 hours and my estimate after arrival said 3 hours? I proceeded to the waiting room where drinks were available, but there were no snacks. After an hour and ten minutes my car’s status still said it was being inspected. I texted Ron to see what the hold up on the service was, but got no response (it doesn’t appear he received it). I also never received the evaluation video they usually send during the service. After two hours, my car was completed. I feel like the service was “okay”, but not nearly as good as it was on my first visit to this location. Ron was very thorough in reviewing the service and upcoming service milestones to remember.

My experience was wonderful. Staff was kind, helpful and responsive to my needs and questions. I worked with Jodi Wersen, Sales Consultant, and Scott Athan, Delivery Technologist.
