When I got there for my 1:00 appointment, there were no Service Advisors back from lunch yet. So I had to wait 15 minutes for just for a Service Advisor. In that time, 8 more cars pulled in for service. So there were a lot of us waiting for an Advisor.

I waited 25 minutes before a service person came. When I arrived there were 7 vehicles parked ahead of me. My appointment was for 10:30 and it was 11:00 when I went to wait in the lobby. I was told the service would take 90 minutes and it did. It seems that the check in process is out of whack! There were lots of people walking back and forth!

Everyone I met was very friendly. Lisa quickly solved my hands-free issue wirh phone & texting. Loss of GPS nor solved but was given an alternate ability.

I had a fabulous experience with Samantha, as well as the Service Department! They found the parts for my old 2001 RX 300 which is never easy! They always take good care of me! I highly recommend them.
