Fast friendly check in and courtesy vehicle was waiting as always upon arrival. Service advisor took the information on our issue and let us get out quickly

I asked about having the protective coating put on my car, after the sale. (I don’t remember being asked during, but it went so fast, I might have not understood if it was offered). The people I worked with were great and are able to accommodate me. I asked a question about scheduling it a month later, but didn’t receive a response back after they said yes, but asked a question about it. I feel that as soon as my deal was done, they were done… I love the service I’ve received from your dealership over the past 20 years, but not happy with the recent lack in communication. I understand people get busy… I will have Mile High Customs finish out my car.

The experience was excellent, from scheduling to the end of the service. Samantha was thorough, professional, and very approachable in helping me through the process. The Stevenson Lexus of Frederick team is very friendly. See everyone in another 5K miles.
