Had an outstanding experience with service department.

We were very specific about the car we wanted, but Jody kept looking for it until it arrived. Once she found it, she reached out and we put a deposit on it. However, there was some confusion about picking up the car and paying for it. I am still amazed that a personal check was preferred over a wire transfer. This delay us getting the car for over a week and was an inconvenience.

I love Lexus especially our dealership in Frederick. The customer service is outstanding! Every time we use their service we are always thrilled with how we are treated. The team is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond for their service! Thanks Team Frederick!
