I went in because my battery seemed dead and asked for a new battery. Before they did that, they tested and charged my battery and it turns out the battery was fine and I didn’t need one!!I had had to have it jumped the day before and got all kinds of scary messages that the hybrid system had stopped, and many other options were not available. My check engine light was also on. They checked everything, charged the battery, took it for a test drive, then washed it! Total price, $0!! You’ve got one happy Lexus owner and I’ll see you for my next service. It’s worth the drive from Fort Collins. George was very helpful and professional and kept me informed all through the process. Great work! (My husband had driven the car the day before I had to have it jumped. He doesn’t drive it often and probably left something on which ran down the battery. But, we’ve been married 55 years so I know better than to blame it on him!!)
