It's a very old car-buying experience. It shouldn't take four to five hours to purchase a car. With Tesla you can do it in under an hour. That's why I own two Teslas. If you value your time, you will take that into consideration when you buy a car. After we purchased the car, the car was locked in the detailing bay and we weren't even able to take it home.

Our salesman was pretty good. I asked if there were two key fobs when we started the paperwork and was told that they would look into it. However, they didn't tell us that there was only one key fob until we were walking out the door.

I purchased an online used vehicle and was not aware of a huge scratch on it. Th re were no pictures of the scratch online and there was no mention of it in the ad that I can remember. My daughter test drove the vehicle and didn’t remember the scratch either.

We bought our previous Lexus from Hop Van. He was very helpful, showing us how the instrument panel works and helped us set it up to our preferences. He is very personable and professional. When we decided to buy another Lexus, we asked for Hop to work with us. He remembered us and was the same with our new Lexus. I wish the original test drive on the TX was not the luxury model then sold something else. Those lead to not getting all of the features id originally seen. The one purchased was still in route then we didn't know we weren't getting several things like sun roof and lexus feel. Financing was SUPER high pressure and talked down to me when I made a decision. Very pushy. Sales was excellent. Products sold in Financing turned out very poorly.

I was met at the door without an appointment and brought to Bri immediately. She was easy to work with, not pushy and I enjoyed working with her!

I had a GREAT experience with everyone and at every step of this fast process!
