Always a good experience when I have my car serviced at Stevinson. Pleasant area to wait for my car and polite and helpful service person to help with my needs. Jimmy was easy to be with.

I brought my vehicle in for a recurring, but intermittent problem and left it for more than two weeks for diagnosis. During the more than two weeks that the vehicle was at the dealership, the vehicle appears to have only been drive on one day for approximately 12 miles to monitor fuel trims. I did not receive any updates on the status of my vehicle within the first two weeks. I only received an update after calling to check on the status.

I had to have my car brought in for service on a flatbed tow truck! A bit traumatic, and the service folks were helpful, although it took a minute to find someone to help me check in. Jimmy Cha was GREAT! He was calm, took the info, explained everything, got my loaner vehicle set up, helped me move things from my personal vehicle and on my way. The automated system told me of the additional services needed - honestly, I would have preferred that plus a phone call since it was a costly repair. Jimmy was unfortunately off the day I picked up my vehicle, and the guy who helped me had difficulty finding my paperwork, which was time-consuming and a bit frustrating. He was supposed to email me the receipt, but accidentally emailed me the loaner vehicle paperwork instead (which I didn't need, obviously). So I had to scan in my receipt myself, which took extra time and aggravation. So overall Jimmy was great, but much of the new "automated" system is not smooth. A better check in process (rather than people wandering around asking each rep if they can take someone), a more personal communication if a repair is gigantic, and a MUCH smoother check-out process where the paperwork is organized and can be found.
