Erin was wonderful and my service went smoothly but unfortunately when I got my car back it was covered in dirt and mud on the interior. I didn’t think it was too bad so I left and when I got home realized it was much worse than I thought. Was pretty disappointed because I had just had the car detailed on the inside recently and now it will need it again as the dirt is causing scratches on the different surfaces of the car.

Oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours with an appointment. My last service for oil change also took 2 hours with an appointment. Service rep Kevin was great. Just wish it could have been faster. May try another Lexus location to see if they are faster.

It was very difficult getting an appointment. I called four times and never got through. Didn’t leave call back, because I’m super busy and most likely would not be able to answer. Finally got AI assistant. Took all info but when I got there, there was no record of my appt. Never had trouble making a service appt in the past. Not typical Lexus experience. Once I got car in, everything was great. Kevin was a great service manager. But the difficulty getting through to service was definatly not up to par for Lexus. Like I said, once I got car in everything was perfect. It’s your phone and AI system that seems messed up, not your people. They’re great.
