I was greeted warmly and my tech, Jimmy Cha, explained everything to me before and after the service. The waiting area is very comfortable.

I called late in the day to ask about service as my car was broken down and getting towed n for service. The receptionist who took the call was lovely and scheduled me for a 7:15 am service the next day. The service rep Kevin was excellent and called as soon as the problem was diagnosed. He took care of my issue and went above and beyond to help with warranty reimbursement. Thank you - great job stevinson Lexus service team!

The salesman who worked with me, was very friendly and avccmmodating. I would have given 5 stars if I did not feel pressured to make the sale. They worked with me to make my buying experience a good one since I made my own demands to have $2,000 reduced in price of car (they were able to take $1,800.00 off), and i wanted a clear bra on the car plus free side moldings to prevent car door dents.
