Very good, From my initial check in to my final farewell. I experienced great service! Everyone I encountered had a character of care. My service attendant even apologized for the slight rain that happened after they washed my car and still had it looking showroom fresh. My visit to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood was excellent! My sales consultant was Michael Burgmaier. I live in Colorado Springs and made an appointment with him to look at and purchase a 2021 Lexus NX300 I saw online. Michael greeted me upon my arrival and provided exceptional service to me up to and through my purchase of the vehicle. After showing me the car, he shared all the features it was equipped with, and let me test drive it. His friendliness, knowledge, and attention to detail made me feel welcome and at ease. Michael made the purchase of my Lexus a pleasant experience. After the purchase was finalized, he went above and beyond in customer care by programming various features of Lexus into my phone. He made sure I was comfortable with accessing various features of my new car.Jessica in the Finance Department did an excellent job with all the financial details. She even found me an interest rate that was .80% less than my pre-approved auto loan I came with. Again, I want to express how appreciative I am for the exceptional excellent customer service Michael gave me!I love my NX300 and am enjoying it very much. It will serve me well for years to come.
