Amber went above and beyond. I only came in for an oil change, but mentioned that I was having trouble removing the front driver side mat to clean it and would like someone to show me how. She said not to worry, that she would arrange to have the mat steam cleaned while I was there. The service took less time than expected and my car was washed, the mat cleaned. Really a pleasure.

Got me in the same day. Took great care of me and explained everything in detail. Even gave me a Uber home which I didn't expect since my GX has 170,000 miles and is a 2013!
