It took longer than I would have liked for a 7am appointment but I understand how busy they were. I was well taken care of and everyone was friendly.

On my initial visit, the wrong tires were installed, also the alignment was not quite right. I took my car back and was given a loaner. I received a call the next day that my car was ready. I arrived and found that the alignment was adjusted, but the tires were not replaced with the correct tires. The Service agent said they would give me a loaner vehicle again and have to come back tomorrow for my car. As it was early afternoon, I had to force the issue to have the tires exchanged immediately. While the manager did check in with me to apologize ( I appreciated that, Nice guy), my overall experience was not great.
