I scheduled & brought my '24 RX500h in for a complimentary mini-service checkup. I waited onsite for the expected 2hr service, which actually took +3hrs. The service was well done, but the time taken was not.

Always well taken care of by Mike Burgmeier. We have been buying cars from you since the doors opened in 1989. My only issue is that you have clearly outgrown the facility. Service is a little chaotic and very slow to answer the phone.
