Our UX250h had to be towed in from Salida after a minor collision on the road caused a run-flat tire to fail. The tow truck driver dumped the car off at Stevinson Toyota instead of Stevenson Lexus. On my encouragement, Jimmy Cha took the initiative to run across the street and find the person at Toyota who had the keys to the car and safely drove the car across the street to Lexus. Jimmy provided extremely good service while dealing with me and my problem, and I am very grateful to him.

I waited while they performed an oil change and service. Friendly, timely and helped investigate a talk to text issue.

My experience was great! I went in for some service on my car and the mechanic did a great job explaining everything they’ll be doing and even afterwards with what they found and worked on!
