Service was fine but slow for a simple oil change, over 90 minutes.

Hop Van was our sales rep. He worked with us for about a year, waiting for the car model/color that we wanted. He periodically updated us on the status. Eventually, when the car was available, he informed us immediately and got us in to look at and, ultimately, lease the car. Highly professional and attentive to us. Moreover, there was quite a delay between our agreeing to lease the car and, 5 hours later, our finalizing all the paperwork. During that period, he was keeping us informed and trying to soothe the frustration of the wait. Three years from now, at the lease term's end, we'll be coming back to Hop for our next car!
