Phoenix was an excellent Service Advisor. He clarified my questions, explained what needed to be done this service visit and when the next service needs to be scheduled. Glad I could wait while the service completed and Phoenix kept me updated. Appreciated the car wash.I did not appreciate the Inspection sent by e-mail after I left Lexus. VERY confusing and misleading. Listed conditions like damage with no checks or appropriate recommendations.For example, tires worn out/abnormal wear/damaged/mismatched with no recommendations like do they need replaced????? When reviewing Service Statement, Phoenix DID indicate tires ok and when (4 or 5) need to consider replacement. The e-mail Inspection had my signature when I DID NOT see the Inspection document before leaving Lexus. Customer needs to get copy of Inspection showing anything that was wrong before leaving not after with an e-mail. AND, the Inspection sent in e-mail NOT HELPFUL. VERY UPSETTING/MISLEADING. I did call Phoenix and let him know how I felt. Other than this, the Advisor and experience was EXCELLENT.

Erin checked me in. She was so nice, in addition to being prompt, professional, and informed and made sure that I had everything I needed. Erin also texted me with a work status update midway through the process.

I purchased a Lexus dash cam and the whole process was made so much easier by Kevin Antonio. He was my service representative.very professional and made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process.If I need to bring my nx 350h back for service. I would definitely be asking for him to help me out
