Hannah Navarro went above and beyond with her level of service and knowledge assisting with the lease of the 2025 Lexus NX last Friday. I did speak briefly with Michael, but Hannah did all of the work. I took public transportation from Edwards to Denver and Hannah stayed in contact with me the entire trip. She ensured I was picked up safely Friday morning. When we ran into some road blocks due to my credit score being locked, she was patient and worked with your financial team to resolve the issues. Also, after a long day, she made sure I had a complete tutorial of the vehicle so I could safely drive home.I also had an excellent interaction with John Price who was highly efficient and wonderful to work with.Thank you for the high level of service. I am thrilled with my car and the entire experience. I will recommend Hannah to all of my friends and hope to send more business to Stevinson Lexus.

I have been with Stevinson Lexus and Mike Burgmeier since the doors opened in 1989. We've purchased at least 20 cars from you over that time and referred at least another 15 to 20 deals to Mike from friends and family. We've never had a bad experience with Mike. Always helpful and easy to deal with. This visit was no different. If I could offer one suggestion, you really need a larger facility especially in the service department.

We are moving out of state, and I was able to have my next major service completed along with a tire swap and bagging of my winter tires to take with me. I also had new front brakes done, and the service was timely and efficient. Van was great, and I will miss Stevinson Lexus when we move.
