The checking process was good. No high pressure to do a bunch of add ons. When I received the walk around text I was not very pleased. The report showed just about everything on the outside of the car to be bad. After getting back to check out the rep was very apologetic. I think he should have mentioned that they just implemented a new program which has several glitches. It would have saved a lot of unneeded conversations.
