Van, the service manager who took care of me did an amazing job after there were so many challenges in locating my car's service records and previous work done. He made sure that I had a loaner car while they were doing all the work necessary and then had my car washed and ready to go right on time. That was the best service appointment I have had with Stevenson in over 25 years of servicing my Lexus vehicles.Van made all the difference!
