My experience was interesting..The sales person that really got me through this was Hayat Mohammad, she was a difference maker. In the end everything worked out perfectly.I do want to share what happened to me in the process of purchasing the car. I submitted my credit app, and my intention to buy the car. I drove 4 hours to finalize , the paperwork. When I was in the salesperson’s office, he told .me there was a problem with my credit score. Which is on me not them. The original interest rate changed by a lot.. they could have told me this before I drove down. I know they knew this before I came in. I felt like an idiot, and walked out the door, very upset. It wasn’t until then that I felt like, I as a buyer , mattered. Then it turned into the experience I thought it would be. I’m telling you this because I think the negative part of this could have been avoided.I’m a big Lexus fan .. I replaced a 20yr old, which I never ever had a problem with.
