Great service and great representative helping me . However, there’s a bug with your customer system. This has been happening for I’d say over a year and each time I visit you I’m told it’s fixed and then it’s never fixed. You have an errant phone number in the system tied to my account and all of a sudden your system will stop texting me and text this other person. It would be really great if we could solve this once and for all.
