Our story and our experience.. We live in Michigan. It is more than thousand mile between us and Jeffrey Lott. It is bad for us because we will be happy to get him much close to us and have him as a friend. We called to your dealership for info only but we have right now car of our dream. His help was invaluable because of our limited English and his possibility explain to us on our Russian language. Thanks a lot to you, Jeff!

I worked with Jeff Lott. He worked hard to find me my car in a reasonable time frame. Was very communicative thru process. Polite and professional.

Very pleased with the vehicle

Great communications with the sales staff!

Jeff Lott was the highlight of our experience. He was attentive, communicative and personable!

Stevinson was the best place to buy our Lexus. I highly recommend Arvin Mercado. He literally would respond to messages right away even after hours. I felt like I was talking to a lifelong friend the entire time.
