I had a faulty battery and I was given a loaner car in place of my car. Replace on time and I got my car back ASAP. I truly appreciate Lexus

Erin is very helpful; it is a joy working with her. I was happy to see that the repair was half the price so that was great since we could not agree on how the scratch happened.

As expected. Oil change was performed on my 2000 Rx300

Courteous and efficient customer service.

Waited 3 hours and they didn't seem busy

Replaced our tire under warranty without problem.

Everything taken care of as expected

Great service. Wait time is reasonable.

Great service and loved the loaner vehicle. Phoenix Chu deserves 5 stars!!

Blake Horn was on point from start to finish. He was attentive, and addressed all of my concerns. It was an easy in and out experience. I hope to work with him in the future. I also really appreciate the loaner option (rental), as it enables me to stay mobile while my car is being worked on.
