Service was some promptly with good communication.

My new car bought st Stevinson Lexus had prematurely worn tires (no warranty?) and worn rotors. Not sure of Stevinson warranty. Had to call Lexus directly and the representative handled my concerns. Lexus agreed to install new tires and machine the rotors.

All went well

I believe it was Derek who greeted me and took care of checking me in and out. He communicated very well as to the process and the work being done. Service was very quick. It was the complimentary one year service appointment.

My service rep was great - informative and professional. I only had the winter tires installed, however the car went through a diagnostic test and wash.

Drive up with no appt due to battery dying, I was taken right away! Very grateful! Thank you Phoenix Cho!

It was very busy that day, so there was a bit of a longer wait checking in. Jimmy was, as usual, awesome. Service didn’t take very long. And Jimmy went over everything with me. He is always so pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable, very clear. Which is why I always request him!
