Brought my Lexus in for routine maintenance and also to check for a leak that I had noticed on my garage floor. Blake Horn was my service agent. Blake was great. He kept me updated on the repairs. He even comped me an alignment (which was greatly appreciated) I have been coming to Stevinsons for service since I purchased my Lexus on 2003. Blake is by far the best service agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. As you know, you have a lot of turn over with your service agents. I feel Blake is an asset to Stevinsons, and should be utilized to train your other agents, to give your customers a better service experience.
