Started a little slow, original appointment was to be with Art, turned out he was busy/unavailable. After 25 minutes I requested some other assistance and Freddy came through.

Very knowledgeable representative. Well explained options of different cars, helped with selection of a specific model. Helpful comments and explanations during the test drive.

Great experience with sales person. Waited over 2 hours to meet with finance.

Communicated through email, text, and phone only. Started off poorly when first associate, Mariyah, never got back to me. Was passed to another salesperson, Matthew, who was very helpful and responsive. Once I put a deposit down to secure a car that was in transit, GM Brad started sending confusion communications requesting info about preferences that I had already conveyed to Matt. Matt returned to the conversation and stated that a car was ready to be secured. I requested an out the door invoice to see cost. He told me he would get it to me, but then nothing. Ended up securing another car through a different dealer out of frustration with being passed around and inconsistent and lack of information.
