Andrea Rosales was great, she asked all the right questions to learn about what I wanted to purchase.

My visit was ok the place is not what I would like to see. There are so many changes I would personally make in the main area of the the place a much more pleasant environment as it is now it is not that

The initial experience was good but when I followed up the two days later with the salesman because I didn’t receive an emissions voucher do the vehicle (preventing me from potentially returning the vehicle if it didnt pass emissions) I was told by the salesman that he would check and give me a call back and I still haven’t received any communication about this matter

I had an ok experience, salesmen was great, but after I realized I had been overcharged (and didn’t realize it then because of all the chaos that day), I was told it didn’t matter because I had already signed. I had shown the salesmen a listed for $1,300 less than what I was charged. I am extremely upset that this was not honored.
