I engaged with the Internet Sales department several weeks prior to the purchase. I was looking for a very specific vehicle setup and was mainly looking to get onto a waitlist or custom build scenario. Andrea was my assigned contact and I was very impressed with all of our interactions from the start. She was able to identify the perfect unit that was in the allotment but had not yet scheduled to arrive. After a couple weeks the unit arrived and we were able to handle 70%+ of the process remotely (I should note I live 90miles from the dealership). On the day of purchase the experience was great! We efficiently went through the test drive, vehicle overview and terms. I had pre-approval on a loan through my credit union which made the financing work easy. Would recommend Stevinson to anyone looking for a great Toyota!

The only reason I use your service department is because my car is under the service contract for a new car. The customer service is awful (specifically Michael). I purchased my vehicle in June 24 and dread having to have service done. I always feel like an inconvenience. This last time, I mentioned something rattling in my dash. They said they would look at it and never did. I was told my car would take 4 hours, it looks 36 hours. I would NEVER recommend any coming to have service done. Always lies and headaches. Never has it been a smooth transaction.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of service bays - not sure what all the gadgetry was all about but it looked cool. I liked how clean the waiting area was and that I could watch my car being serviced. It gives the impression of being transparent.

I had to wait for extended period of time so the manager gave me coupons to reduce the price of my service and I was very happy, even though I knew it was because of the holidays. I was well taken care of. Thank you Stevinson Toyota East.

I just bought a used Toyota from another dealership, but unfortunately it only had one key. I came in the get a second key cut and programmed for my car. Timmy was great. He got the key ordered for me and was quick with my appointment. My only recommendation is to have signs up for customers who are there for a service. I was given poor directions and ended up waited in the wrong line for 10 minutes.
