It was fine. I was disappointed in how I was treated on my trade in. It was insulting. I ended up getting 9 times what you all offered me. And the timeframe that was given to me for getting my new car was way off so that was frustrating too.

Boris Vulikh at Stevinson Toyota East provided an amazing experience buying a new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid. These models are very hard to come by right now, and Boris was the first one around town that was able to provide me and my wife a test drive. He warned us to come in sooner than later because they were selling so fast, and someone ended up buying that specific car immediately after the test drive. Still, Boris took a lot of time to demonstrate all the features of the car and let us drive it without trying to sell us on something else that we didn't want. Stevinson Toyota East did not have any available inventory coming in, but we told Boris the exact model and features that we wanted, and he sent the details over as soon as one became available. We were actually able to change some of the features of the car we ended up buying before it was built and put down a deposit to secure it for us. Boris kept us updated on the status of the car as it was built and transported to Stevinson Toyota East. Predictably, the car arrived the week my wife delivered our baby. Boris made finalizing the purchase as easy as possible given the circumstances, and I was able do almost everything online while in the hospital. Boris personally delivered the car to us and again spent the time going over all the features and setting up the Toyota app. Boris and Stevinson Toyota East provided the best car buying experience that I have ever had!
