It was my best experience in terms of purchasing a new car.

I first reached out to someone at Stevinson Toyota West about my car and they said it was at East so they called East only to relay to me that it had sold. I then got a call from West saying it wasn’t sold but they didn’t want East to have it, so wildly unprofessional.Then at East, Brandon was incredibly rude and condescending. He looked at me like I was crazy for asking questions about the car, for doing normal negotiations- I had to ask him multiple times to remove the tint add-on and he kept saying it’s only $299. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Just the way he sighed when I asked things. Also this whole ordeal took me 5+ hours. I waited 2.5 hours for financing. And once I got in there, it was a whole other sales pitch after I said no 100 times to their add-on coverages. Make this process quicker, easier and nicer all around.

Highly recommend working with Sergio for your next Toyota purchase. He was a straightforward and responsive sales rep throughout the purchasing process. He helped me to find and order my 2026 RAV4 months earlier than any other dealership in the area could and he did it while being upfront about the OTD cost. Overall a great experience and I love the new car.

My visit was ok the place is not what I would like to see. There are so many changes I would personally make in the main area of the the place a much more pleasant environment as it is now it is not that

The initial experience was good but when I followed up the two days later with the salesman because I didn’t receive an emissions voucher do the vehicle (preventing me from potentially returning the vehicle if it didnt pass emissions) I was told by the salesman that he would check and give me a call back and I still haven’t received any communication about this matter
