The experience was okay overall. My sales rep was responsive and helpful. However, I asked for a copy of my extended warranty agreement that I purchased with the car and have still yet to get a copy. I have inquired a couple of times on this. And this piece of the buying process unacceptable. It would be nice if someone would send me a copy of the agreement I purchased.

First rate. I have a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and Stevinson did an excellent job of managing expectation from start to finish.
