Well, I had reached out online and then was told a specific person would be there when I arrived. And they weren’t so I ended up working with somebody else. Then when the deal was getting done, they wanted me to get handed off back to this original person that I never worked with. Waiting to do paperwork seem to take longer than expected and then also it’s been about three weeks since I’ve done the deal and I’m still waiting for my check for my trade-in value.

The experience was okay overall. My sales rep was responsive and helpful. However, I asked for a copy of my extended warranty agreement that I purchased with the car and have still yet to get a copy. I have inquired a couple of times on this. And this piece of the buying process unacceptable. It would be nice if someone would send me a copy of the agreement I purchased.

First rate. I have a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and Stevinson did an excellent job of managing expectation from start to finish. I worked with Craig and his team, Sergei and Andrew, who made the normally stressful situation pleasant.
