Matt Miranda got in touch with me when he found a Sienna that was available. We were able to set up an appointment quickly. We were offered a fair trade for the vehicles were trading in and were able to consummate the deal in a reasonable amount of time.

Will Loomis assisted me and was wonderful. I highly recommended working with Will. The facility is a little chaotic due to the remodeling work going on, but Will more than made up for the chaos.

Brought car in for 125K service and loud, roar or humming noise. Tech drove it and was able to reproduce the noise. Turns out a wheel bearing on left front was bad. It was replaced and I am once again enjoying a nice quiet ride! Ian had me out of there before lunch! Awesome job!

It would be very nice if you had outlets and device charging stations in the waiting area. I had to stand up and use an outlet by the bathroom to charge my phone. This is important as almost everyone has (and on the day I was there had) computers and phones in use while they were waiting.Including numerous outlets and chargers at each table would show that Stevinson is in touch with -- and cares about -- their customers while they're waiting.

Caesarm was a great salesman. Personable and easy to talk too. He helped me find a decent car that I’m currently enjoying. The staff that assisted with my car purchase was very helpful as well. I got a great deal!

Arrived about 10 minutes before my 8am service appointment, needing a 4 wheel alignment for my 2022 Prius. I was behind several people but made arrangements with my service provider, Michael, by about 815. He said my wait would be from 1 to 2 hours. It was actually after about 1hour 45 minutes that I got the text that the job was done.Checking out was relatively fast. The stated cost for the alignment was $149.95. But there was a surprise charge of $12 extra on the invoice for shop supplies and hazardous waste removal. I told Michael I was surprised there was a charge like this for a wheel alignment. He said it's a standard charge now to cover operational issues at the dealership?? That extra charge should be upfront for your customers, not a surprise. That is why I can't give an "excellent review".Pickup wait was about 15 minutes. Acceptable. While driving home though I noticed a quiet beep that I couldn't identify that wasn't there when I turned in the car. I notified Michael by text, and he immediately responded, which I appreciated, there should be no beep so come on back so he could check it out. As he was texting me, I found the source of the beep. My laptop in the passenger seat. I reset the laptop and confirmed that was the culprit. It was not the car. I immediately notified Michael by text, and he replied with a chuckle, I think, glad you could find the problem!!Waiting area of course was the auto showroom since the dealership is still in the process of a full retrofit. A temporary waiting room. Coffee/cream/sugar available. Which was ok. One suggestion for the next waiting area, have electrical power outlets available. We need them for our phones, tablets and laptops while waiting. I did find the only one visible in the middle of the showroom floor, accessible from the table, with two floor outlets that I could share with another person.Overall a very good experience except for the surprise charge of $12.
