Not a good communication about my car location after service was completed

I am happy with the service advisor, but I feel like the advisors could do a better job of understanding the customer's needs and the service history. I dropped the car off to someone, then was passed to my service advisor. The first person tried to put an alignment on my list of services, but I had been charged the visit prior for an alignment because I got front shocks. I caught it and refused that service. Also, charges were on there to diagnose the horn. The horn had been previously diagnosed, and I mistakenly selected it and caught it later. The advisor agreed that should not be on there, but I don't know if he would have had I not said something. I had even told the first man the whole backstory with the horn and he still tried to include diagnosing the horn on my services. That was over $400 in charges between both those services that I could have paid for mistakenly and for nothing had I not thought it through. It has definitely betrayed my trust and will force me to check things more closely going forward.

I had a wonderful experience with Stevinson Toyota East and Freddy as my sales rep.

The only comment I have to make is that when I make an appointment at a set time you don’t keep it.I have to wait until someone comes to me to take care of my vehicle. That can take up to 15 minutes or more depending on how many vehicles are in front of me.

The staff is great and the service is fast! That said, jiffy lube and big O also vacuum my floors and clean my windows and that would push me to choose 3rd party in the future

Very professional approach good job.

Replaced rodent damaged wiring into gas tank. Very expensive, in my opinion. Wanted authorization for an oil change at $100. Had a coupon for $19. However, it turned out that the coupon oil change did not include lubrication only an oil change. Kind of deceiving. However, Ian Giannone worked with me to my satisfaction, and can only hope that mice don't destroy more ofmy car. But if they do, i will return to Stevinson for repairs., and future services. Thank you Ian.
