The service was performed in a very timely fashion.Eric Bankston, my service advisor, explained everything I needed know about the service and answered all my questions. I was treated as if I, the customer, was very important to Stevinson Toyota East.

Not a good communication about my car location after service was completed

I am happy with the service advisor, but I feel like the advisors could do a better job of understanding the customer's needs and the service history. I dropped the car off to someone, then was passed to my service advisor. The first person tried to put an alignment on my list of services, but I had been charged the visit prior for an alignment because I got front shocks. I caught it and refused that service. Also, charges were on there to diagnose the horn. The horn had been previously diagnosed, and I mistakenly selected it and caught it later. The advisor agreed that should not be on there, but I don't know if he would have had I not said something. I had even told the first man the whole backstory with the horn and he still tried to include diagnosing the horn on my services. That was over $400 in charges between both those services that I could have paid for mistakenly and for nothing had I not thought it through. It has definitely betrayed my trust and will force me to check things more closely going forward.
