Excellent, as usual - my car was seen at the scheduled time and the advisor kept me updated.

Brought my 2012 Toyota Corolla in for its annual oil change and tune up. My Service Rep, Ian, was terrific. Since my vehicle is "low-mileage" at 43,700, it doesn't fit neatly into any recommended service package. Ian went thru each item and made recommendations based on my service record. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. I bought my vehicle at Stevinson-East in 2012 and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service.

I was really impressed by the customer service from Nickolas. He was great, kind, and very communicative.
