Bought a pre-owned 4 Runner for $63,000. Three issues are still outstanding.1. Chip in windshield. Customer Service said they would find someone in Canon City to fix it. Haven't heard the plan yet.2. Brought my 2012 Toyota Corolla in for its annual oil change and tune up. My Service Rep, Ian, was terrific. Since my vehicle is "low-mileage" at 43,700, it doesn't fit neatly into any recommended service package. Ian went thru each item and made recommendations based on my service record. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. I bought my vehicle at Stevinson-East in 2012 and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service.

Service requested was performed as requested and for the price quoted. One service was not performed due to need for a part and my concern over the cost. Never got a follow up call on cost of part.
