10:30 appointment was way backed up. Not enough staff to accommodate.They subsequently got additional personnel to facilitate the long service lines and all turned out well.

I immediately received a great cheerful greeting when I drove up to check in for my service. He explained everything to me and was very polite, friendly and professional. I received a text message notifying about contact information if I had any questions and I would be receiving updates as I waited at the dealership for my car. The whole experience of getting my vehicle serviced from not long and it was actually pleasant

Andrea Rosales was my salesperson, and I give her an A+ rating. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and thorough. It was clear that she had been well-trained on all features of the RAV4, including the multitude of electronics that are part of new vehicles. There was a problem regarding the refund of a previous deposit I had made to reserve a different vehicle, but Andrea, Brad, and Dylan were able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. A big thank you to the team.As for the 2025 RAV4 XLE, it handles well and provides a comfortable ride. I'm still wading through the two owner's manuals. Sometimes the translation from Japanese to English was a little spotty, but I can figure it out ... or call Andrea.
