All was ok except the cleaning of the vehicle even after we took it back again to get it cleaned.

Purchasing this vehicle took longer than expected. However once the salesman got all the small items with other staff if finally went smoothly.Its been over a week since I purchased a 2022 Tacoma, I tried all last week with the Salesman as to when I would get the damage tailgate replaced. He had no idea and said that one of the managers would contact me that has not happened. I will visit the location on Monday, February 17th to see what plans they have for replacing the tailgate,

I did my service for my cx-5 Mazda several times and I did change the oil I'm my car several times and I got excellent service, excellent quality people I do appreciate it.

Mostly it was a great experience. Will Loomis did a great job explaining things and even got us to buy the car earlier than we had anticipated. He did not do it by strong arming us but by listening to us and finding the car we wanted and needed for our needs. So Will did his job.That said, it took 9 hours over two days at the dealership to actually get everything signed and drive off of the lot. Why? I have no idea. Of that 9 hours most were spent waiting for other people in the bureaucracy of Stevinson to do their job. We bought the car Tuesday and made an appointment to pick it up the next morning at 11am. It was not ready until 3pm. Three and a half hours waiting for the car. Will was great trying to explain and hold our hand. But what a complete waste of his time. The only explanation is mismanagement of the process by Stevinson.
