Everyone I spoke to was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my car from Stevenson 13 years ago, and I have received all of my service and maintenance from them. My experience has consistently been excellent, and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

My journey started out rocky with Stevinson however I appreciate the care they took regarding my situation. I purchased a pre-owned car and after having it for 3 weeks I started to have issues and the car left me stranded twice. The dealership at this time was less than helpful. After sending an email to the appropriate parties I was finally offered assistance. My car has been repaired and so far so good.

The service on my Highlander was great.

Our sales guy Corey was wonderful. Very responsive, prepared, and helpful. The Finance Dept could use some help. We stayed at the dealership for 3 hours and most of it was waiting for the Finance Dept to process our paperwork.
