The person whom I interacted with, Derek (I think that was his name) was friendly and helpful and did a good job. The only issue was that I have to remind myself that when a Toyota service department (or another serviced provider I suppose) "recommends" a procedure, it is just going by the mileage or age of the car, not whether the service is actually needed. So I said yes to a routine tire rotation. Later I remembered that I had had two new rear tires installed at Les Schwabb a week or two before so there was no point in rotating the tires that soon. It would have been nice if the actual technicians had caught this, but I don't know how obvious it would have been to them. Overall everyone did a good job and the pricing was reasonable. BELOW: the questions below sound like they are aimed at someone who BOUGHT a car from you recently. I bought my Prius 12 years ago when I lived in Oregon, and was just at Stevinson for service.

Great salesman Ben, listened, matches us with a Nissan Leaf and we were set. I would give 5 stars but the dealership is still coming up to speed on used EV tax rebates. They are willing to do the work with you but come ready and read up.
