We had a great experience buying a Nissan Leaf from Ben, our salesman. He was low pressure, listened to what we wanted, showed us what fit our needs and off we drove. Since the Leaf is a used EV, no one knew what was available as a rebate. The parent group had sent out a few emails to dealerships but we hit their door before the rules / rebates were read. They helped us out happily when we returned for required documents for our rebate and Ben made sure we had everything needed to make us happy buyers.

Buying a car takes a lengthy time and sometimes it is not planned. You have no food in the waiting areas causing customers to leave to get foods. (Medical needs or unexpected time needs) I’m sure you loose some customers because they have time to think / change their mind and not come back.

Delivery of the vehicle went swiftly. The only I didn’t like was the way they push sales of extended warranty few other after sales services. Person literally made me embarrassed to the core and laughed on me. I know they have their commission on it but still you need to train people that till what level they can go to upsell.Second experince is I came to apply clear mask on the vehicle which they quoted my $400 and next day I got a call from other Stevinson as I made query at several dealers. They were offering the same product at $300 which made me feel cheated and felt that this is not fare business, customers doesn’t have the market knowledge and they end up of paying what ever is quoted.Over Art did a great job and car is doing fantastic.
