I was impressed by the cleanliness of service bays - not sure what all the gadgetry was all about but it looked cool. I liked how clean the waiting area was and that I could watch my car being serviced. It gives the impression of being transparent.

I had to wait for extended period of time so the manager gave me coupons to reduce the price of my service and I was very happy, even though I knew it was because of the holidays. I was well taken care of. Thank you Stevinson Toyota East.

I just bought a used Toyota from another dealership, but unfortunately it only had one key.I came in the get a second key cut and programmed for my car. Timmy was great. He got the key ordered for me and was quick with my appointment.My only recommendation is to have signs up for customers who are there for a service. I was given poor directions and ended up waited in the wrong line for 10 minutes.

My experience with my salesperson, Josh, was extremely disappointing. All of our communication was by text, and his tone the day I came in was rude and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable working with him. When I brought my concerns to the manager on duty, I was told that Josh “has OCD” and that this is why he communicates that way. Blaming a mental health condition for unprofessional behavior felt inappropriate and dismissive. If there are communication concerns with any team member, I would expect management to address them rather than excuse them.Additionally, I paid for extras on my vehicle (such as edge guards), and when I called today to check the status, I was told that they had not even been ordered—despite these items already being included in my purchase.I do love the car itself, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Clear communication, professionalism, and follow-through are the basics of customer service, and these areas seriously fell short.

You know I went several stevinson Toyota but I will choose the East because it’s easy to go and good customer service.
