I’ve already completed one of these, but maybe a second survey will help you guys. James was a pleasure to work with. I was on time constraints and he made things happen quickly. I will say that I was cornered into being made to finance the vehicle with you guys when I’d already been pre approved for a loan through my own financial institution. That took valuable time that made me have to put the car I purchased on another line of credit. Bummer!Secondly, I feel like I was misinformed in the vehicles problems. When you ask me about my trade in, I was very forthcoming. In the other hand, you guys ducked and dodged every question, only to leave me with a vehicle that needs a cv replacement and burns oil. If I had it to do over, I would buy a car from another dealership. Stevenson West was , awesome! Stevenson East, not so much. I thought dealing with a “reputable dealer” would be the better route. In the end, it’s just another used car joint.

Bengy was helpful from the moment I walked in back in August 2022. He readily answered all my questions, was a wealth of information for a first time truck buyer, and walked me through the reservation process. He was patient as I wavered on which trim to reserve, through all the paperwork during pickup, and even watched my kiddos while we finalized financials. I greatly appreciate the friendliness of everyone at the dealership, and their generosity in providing add ons to my first truck purchase!
