Once I arrived, Ian assisted me promptly listening fully to my explaination of battery issues. I left the dealership with a new battery, for which I received a 50% pro rate credit for my old battery purchased there in Oct 2021. I continue to appreciate the excellent service provided by this dealership.

It was a good experience. It would have been better if the sales manager didn't dick around with us on the trade in value of our 2014 Toyota Avalon. He came out with a trade of $500 which was a total insult and we knew it was worth more than that. When we said "No deal" he started talking real business and ended up giving us $5000.00. Just would have been a better experience if he wouldn't have played those stupid games with us. We now see our car is for sale on your lot for 12,900.00.
