I purchased my “new “ used 2019 GLCe hybrid from Stevinson Toyota a couple of weeks ago. I soon discovered that the charging cable was not in the car. After a few inquiries I received a call Bradley “Brad” K, Sales Manager. I want to personally thank him for helping me get a charging cord for my car. He was professional and polite. We had been on the waiting list for quite awhile. Once the car came in the process was pretty straightforward though it took longer to complete all the paperwork at the dealership than we would have expected given they were expecting us.
