Our salesman Corey was very helpful and patient. I especially appreciated him walking me through the Toyota app and entertainment system setup. We had been on the waiting list for 11 months for a new Sienna. Given that there wasn’t much convincing us, we would have appreciated a little faster transaction. It took about 2.5 hours to complete all the paperwork but a lot of that time was just waiting around.
