It was good overall. Day of, our salesperson was tied up with a different client just as we were ready to see the car and get ready for the information and setting up the multi media. So this delayed our leaving the dealership by about 1/2 hour. It was annoying, but nothing we could have anticipated or done differently. Buying a car was simple but not fast. The entire process took over 4 1/2 hours 9:30 am-2 pm. No financing, no hassles, just time consuming.
