Matthew was my sales person that I communicated through the whole process via text and email. The day my new RAV4 prime arrived I explain to him that I was at the office. I expressed I only had my lunch time in order to finalize the purchase. They had me in my new car in less than an hour and a half, and with a trade. Very happy customer

Alex was great! He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.I did not particularly care for Kyle who we finalized the loan with. He asked us questions about “what we do” a little too much & it made us feel like he didn’t think we were worthy of the vehicle even though our credit checks were done & everything was verified.

Isaac was great I saw him on the parking lot and he was really help full. He found me a car right away and when it was time for pick up because he was busy he assigned me to Selena which she did a great job completing the transaction. Great team work great customer service.
