Bree is the best sales person I've had, she went above and beyond on helping us through the whole process of getting an appraisal and buying. The only bad thing was the person who I signed final paperwork with, he was very rude, the worst I've ever dealt with. Didn't want to accept that we didn't want to purchase any extra services and even seemed angry about it. He did not explain any of the process as we signed and even mentioned he was running late to his "praying.". I would give this person a separate zero star rating if possible.

Once again Stevinson's Toyota has let me down. When making the appointment I identified the services I desired. Upon arrival, and meeting the service rep, he located the appointment but there was no mention of the services I had requested, i.e., oil change, front end alignment, and a loaner vehicle. I made an assumption that was wrong. I assumed that having an appointment moves you to the time frame of your appointment. I now know better. After a hour thirty minutes I went to inquire about my vehicle. I was informed that it wasn't ready and that it would be another 30 minutes or more. But I get it now, the times you identify when scheduling online aren't really what is used and the information you provide that you want isn't for the service department. That's why they don't know what you are there far. Looks as if I may have to find another service department that can provide what I need during the times I need it. Your technicians did their job.

I needed a new starter for my Hyundai Santa Fe and the maintenance department checked it out immediately . They let me know to come get my vehicle the moment it was done and whwn i went to pick it up i was in and out of there in 5 minutes tops. Everyone was very friendly and professional. From the phone people to the staff in the garage A+ all around.
