I took my car to Stevenson after getting a "check engine" notice when I started my car. I had no appointment but was helped by Derek Sems who scheduled my car to find the problem which was resolved and I was able to pick up my car in the afternoon. Also, I am elderly and use a cane to walk and Derek took my arm to help me off the curb and in to a car he arranged to get me home. I greatly appreciated his kindness.

We had a great experience with the buying process. We got helped by Orlando Monarrez and he was incredible at his job and made the process so easy and he was really helpful. Orlando helped us in every way to make sure we were able to get our Toyota RAV4 as soon as possible!

I came in for a rough idle issue, but it is too intermittent to diagnose. Will have to bring in later if continues and is more continuous. Instead I asked Tim if they could check the oil and refill the window cleaner and they did. They also found that my tires are wearing very bad and need to be replaced. The car is a lease from 2020 and because of the pandemic, has just over 13,000 miles on it. That means that the tires were extremely cheap and awful at the time of the lease! I am very happy with Stevenson's Service and am very sorry that I had to lease from Auto Nation in 2020 due to the lack of vehicles available at the time.
