Went in for routine check up. Had an oil change and they did the tire rotation. Then, I was told I needed to have a new cabin filter, fuel injectors cleaned, and tire alignment. My car has180 miles to go till it has 18,000 miles. I am so glad I had to leave. Had the cabin filter done. An hour later I went to my old my mechanic and he told me I did not need the fuel injectors cleaned. Went to another mechanic and was told the same thing. Stevinson wanted over $600 dollars for the work. I do not trust you anymore. I guess your hurting for business if you are trying to take advantage of me a (women and over 70).

Overall decent, but cabin air filter was not reinstalled correctly after service and led to sounds coming from it. I had to remove and reinstall correctly to fix.

Tim handled my visit. Kept me informed during the service on my vehicle.

I brought my truck in at 9:30am and was told it would be ready by 4pm. It was not ready. It was 5 pm and still it was not ready. I had my grandson with me and took him outside the service center because he was inpatient already. He fell and got all scratched up. That when I went back in and asked for my truck. The oil was changed, the injectors were flushed but only 4 of the spark plugs were changed. When the truck has 6. I got an $85 discount because of the time the tech said. But the service was not complete.

Very easy process. I dropped the car off at 7AM. I received a text message just a few hours later indicating the car was ready to be picked up. I went and got the keys to the car after my work day. Easy experience!
