We love the car-it was worth the wait. Nahome was very helpful in explaining the workings of the car and setting up CarPlay.

The service was excellent for the software update. My appointment was for 11:00 AM and I waited basically 4 hours to get my car. This is my only complaint.

Our salesperson was personable and friendly - not pushy. We are happy with our new used car and pleased with the experience.

We worked with Luis and we feel he was above and beyond the ordinary car salesman. He was personable and friendly and actually smiled. The most important thing he did was LISTEN. He looked us in the eye, listened without interruption and actually heard what our needs were. We had been to 5 other dealerships all over Denver looking at the Jeep Cherokee and he was the first one to stop and listen to the reasons we wanted a 4WD. He didn’t try to talk us out of it based on the cars he had to sell. He respected that decision. He even went the extra mile to find a bow for the car because he knew this was a surprise for our daughter. Luis is an asset to your sales team.

Everything went well. Purchase process took a bit longer than I expected, nearly 3 hours in the end, but feel I got a good car at a good price. Only problem is the collision warning system is not working. I will call the service department today to figure that out.

Ben went above and beyond on our Highlander purchase. This was a process many many months in the making, and he never gave up searching for the right car make/model/color for us. Was looking for a specific car - 2”21 Volvo v60 that you just brought in. Talked to Ben at the store who stayed late to let me drive it, worked with me to buy it and had it ready the next day detailed as he promised. Great experience. Ben was great to work with.

Just purchased a 2023 Toyota Sienna--After a loong wait due the limited supply, increased demand, was workin with Corey Sumner on the purchase and his help was invaluable. He was absolutely fantastic! Thorough, knowledgable and wonderful to work with. The purchase required a lot of waiting and back and forth and some negotiation he was extremely helpful, in getting things done. We had a great experience buying a car with Cory, if it weren't for him! We would have just walked out of the deal.
